• About: Their elegant contemporary interiors and relaxing gardens combined with a jacuzzi pool, steam room and games room make the barns the perfect setting to for an unforgettable hen weekend away.  In the summer, you can sit outside and enjoy the big blue skies.  In winter, you can cosy up in front of a real log fire.  All of the barns are very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more!
• What Is Nearby: Explore the delights of North Norfolk with its unspoilt villages and little market towns with individual shops, a varied coastline with beautiful sandy beaches and some of the best local produce right on your doorstep.
• Hen Party Activities:  To make your hen party weekend special, here is a list of fun things you can do: pampering sessions with local beauty therapists, mobile cocktail waiters, Bollywood dancing lesson, sailing trip and clay pigeon shooting.  The list goes on!
• Food & Caterers: All the cottages are fitted with beautiful kitchens for you to use.  They all have dining tables and chairs indoors.  Many of the cottages have large outdoor seating areas.  This is the perfect space to enjoy a BBQ and hen party games.  The team at Barsham Barns can also organise a murder mystery evening specially tailored to your party, a hog roast and fine dining by a local chef. They can even organise a paella cooked on the beach!
• Hot Tubs: Almost all barns have their own hot tubs in their own private garden areas (apart from Loose box and Little Sandford)

Choose Your Cottage

• Numbers: If you hire all the cottages, they can sleep up to 52 people.
• Prices: Weekend rental for 10 to 22 people costs between £1,195.00 and £3,350.00.  This depends on the size of your he party and the time of year.
• The Great East Barn: 7 bedrooms, all ensuite.  The Great East Barn also has a kitchen with double of all appliances so is great if you want to do lots of your own catering. It’s also got a dining table that can extend to seat 22. Combine 2 or 3 barns and we can provide extra tables and chairs.
• High Barsham: 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
• Grey’s Court: 5 bedrooms, all ensuite.
• Long Meadow: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
• Little Barsham with 2 bedrooms, both ensuite.
• The Loose Box with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
• Little Sandford with one bedroom.
