Location
- City & Rural: Fen Farm Lincoln is located just off the A46 on the edge of Lincoln City. Enjoy the best of both worlds – a real working farm with quick access to Lincoln for excellent restaurants, nightlife and entertainment.
- Central location: Around a 1 hour drive from Nottingham, Leicester, Sheffield, Hull and Peterborough. Closest train stations are Lincoln (4 miles) and Newark Northgate and Newark Castle (16 miles). Trains from London run to both Lincoln and Newark Northgate stations – Newark Northgate is on the east cost main line.
What’s Included
- Farm Visits: Visit and feed out piggies, sheep and alpacas any time during your stay.
- Bed & Bath: Bedding, towels, bathmats, liquid soap. Please bring extra swim towels for hot tubs.
- Kitchen: Tea towel, dish cloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea & coffee
- Duration: Check in is 2pm and check out is Saturday 11am or Sunday 12 midday
Amenities
- All lodges are self catering and have a full kitchen with dishwasher (excluding fen boxcar, the glamping pod which only has a basic kitchenette and no dishwasher).
- Hot Tubs: Lodges have their own hot tubs. For bookings over 10, booking 2 large lodges means you can access two hot tubs.
- Free secure off road parking for all cars.
- Large grass area available to use for activities. Or are you interested in a large Hen Fest style celebration? Please get in touch.
- Large venue with LED dance floor available for exclusive hire when booked alongside the Fen Hayloft.
- Clubhouse room (10 – 18 users) and Bar room (14 – 24 users) available for exclusive hire for activities.
Prices
- 1 night (Friday or Saturday) – £80 per person, 2 nights (Friday & Saturday / Saturday & Sunday) – £100 per person and 3 nights (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) – £120 per person. Pricing subject to minimum numbers depending on lodge selected (see lodges below).
- For extra flexibility, if guests drop out, most lodges have the option to book for between 2 and 4 extra guests over the minimum number. Extra guest numbers can then be reduced up to 10 days before arrival.
- Deposits are £75 for a small lodge and £150 for a large lodge with the remaining balance being due 10 days before arrival.
Numbers
- Fen Orchard Collection (The following three can be combined for larger groups.): Fen Orchard Lodge sleeps 8–12 and Fen Chalet + Fen Hideaway both sleep 3–7.
- The Fen Barn Collection (The following three also combine well for larger groups.) Fen Barn + Fen Annex sleep 8–12, Fen Cartshed sleeps 3–5 and Fen Stable sleeps 3–4.
- Additional Options: Fen Hayloft: sleeps 8–12 and Fen Boxcar: sleeps 2 (ideal as an add-on for extra privacy). Minimum numbers apply to main lodges; connecting lodges may have different minimums.
- Large Groups & Exclusive Hire: Multiple lodges can be booked together for larger groups or book exclusive hire of the entire site for between 35 – 54 guests. (Also see info on our Venue below and Hen Fest style events). Day visitors can be arranged for an extra charge.
Hen Party Activities & Extras
Available on site, a selection of fantastic local vendors who can supply a range of extras during your stay from food & drink to activities, whether you want something lively and entertaining or gentle and relaxing.
- Hen Party Activities include: craft workshops (flower crowns, clay boob pots, macramé) yoga sessions and dance classes. Or book crazy golf, colour analysis, pamper treatments, afternoon tea, graze tables, life drawing, mixology masterclasses and more.
- Nearby off site activities include: ice cream parlour & crazy golf (5 minutes away), Lincoln Water Park (8 minutes away), various escape room venues, mixology masterclasses, bowling alley etc (10 – 15 mins away in Lincoln).
