- Price: Prices will vary depending on timings, location, requirements and numbers. So pop me a message to say hi.
- Numbers: Maximum of 25 people.
- Location: Travel is possible around Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex. This will incur an extra cost when over a 30 minute drive from Ipswich.
- Venue: Louisa can travel to your location. You will need to a suitable space indoors or outdoors (weather permitting) for Louisa to host your yoga hen party and have enough space to put mats out. There are also specific yoga venues in the local area which can be used. This will also incur an extra cost.
- Kit: Included are the mats for up to 15 people.
- Duration: Yoga and meditation is typically 1 hour. This can be extended if required.
