Our (not so) secret obsession is celebrity hen parties and over the past few years there have been some really BEAUTIFUL celebrity hen dos. These celebrities have celebrated their hen dos in some SERIOUSLY amazing locations from European adventures in London, Paris and Capri to tropical parties in the Maldives, Dubai and Mexico. These hen dos are undeniably swoon-worthy.
Although these exotic destinations may be (slightly) out of price range for us mere mortals, we do think that they provide some great inspiration for our own pre wedding parties. From accessory inspiration (think animal ears, personalised t shirts and the oh so popular flower crown) to hen party photo ideas (including some brilliant hashtags), these celebrity hen parties should help you plan a picture perfect hen party.
As the Queen of Celebs (and selfies!) we had to start with Kim Kardashian’s glamourous Parisian hen party. Kim was never going to opt for a low key hen party and, as such, KK headed to Paris with her best girlfriends to celebrate her upcoming nuptials where champagne, Balmain dresses and some serious bling were the order of the day.
The night reportedly started out with the ladies tackling 15 bottles of champagne in Kim’s hotel suite. Next up the party headed to the Costes Restaurant where the Kardashian clan enjoyed some classic French cuisine (think frog legs and garlic snails). The ladies then hit up several Parisian landmarks for a mini photo shoot. Oh La La!
Lauren Conrad enjoyed a dreamy escape to Mexico for her hen party. The party centred around the beach with the girls enjoying the stunning Mexican coastline of Cabo San Lucas.
Lauren’s bridesmaids organised her a Instagram-worthy bachelorette party with so many swoon worthy details including darling hen party tattoos and cute cookies. All the action was captured on Instagram using the #DontTellMrTell hashtag – we ❤️ a hen party hashtag!
Troia Bellisario (of Pretty Little Liar’s fame) recently threw a SERIOUSLY cool hen party with some killer 70s vibes. The dreamy Italian island of Capri provided the perfect back drop for Troia’s hen and the ladies indulged in boat trips, vintage car rides and some jaw dropping views.
Troia rocked a series of beautiful outfits on her hen party but we are glad to see that a few hen party accessories made the cut. We love her personalised T shirt featuring the hen party hashtag #Bellisarogetsbooted and, of course, her flower crown.
Our very own homegrown starlet Michelle Keegan enjoyed a fun hen party in Dubai with 29 of her besties and bridesmaids.
The ladies stayed in the Grosvenor House in Dubai where they enjoyed a full schedule of hen party activities including spa days, sun bathing and even camel back riding. We adore this photo of Michelle and her ladies captured in the desert sunset #photogoals.
Ciara’s Las Vegas bash was hosted at the Wynn where the ladies partied at the Intrigue nightclub. Serena Williams and Kelly Rowland were part of the ‘C Squad’ that helped Ciara to celebrate her last days as a single woman.

We are SO envious of Bar Rafaeli’s exotic hen party hosted in the beautiful Maldives. As Bar says, “I don’t need the Maldives, the ocean, champagne or perfect weather to appreciate my girls. But it doesn’t harm.” We can’t think of a more gorgeous setting for a hen party and the ladies sure took advantage sharing photos a plenty of their stunning surroundings.
Bar wasn’t afraid of rocking some classic hen party accessories with a bride to be sash and a veil making an appearance.
When heiress and fashion designer Tatiana Santo Domingo wed Andrea Casiraghi of Monaco it was only going to ever be an incredibly chic affair. Unsurprisingly, this extended to the hen party. Tatiana borrowed Princess of Caroline’s private yacht to celebrate her hen party with her nearest and dearest and it proved the perfect backdrop for this stunning image.
Adopting a boho theme, the hens wore white dresses and accessorised with pretty pink flower crowns – lovely! The bride herself wore a colourful Missoni dress accessorised with a cream flower crown and a very cute puppy.
Tanya Burr’s hen party was a whos who of YouTubers with Zoella, Niomi Smart and the Pixiwoo ladies all in attendance. Tanya opted for a London hen party and managed to cram in many of the classic British hen party activities.
