One of our favourite hen party games, Toilet Paper Couture is the perfect ice breaker.  It is one of the most popular hen party games and we can see why!

A mad rush to create a ‘beautiful’ wedding dress out of toilet roll, Toilet Paper Couture is a surefire party starter.

Toilet Paper Couture is a fast paced and action packed game and is the perfect way to get your guests, who may not have met before to talk and interact. So what is Toilet Paper Couture?

Working against the clock, you split your hen party into small teams where they compete to create the best wedding dress on one of their team members using sheets of toilet roll! The Bride To Be decides which group has won!

What You Need To Play Toilet Paper Couture

• Toilet Roll
• Stopwatch or a phone as timer
• Sellotape
• Extras: Tin Foil, Feathers, Brooches, Paper Flowers, Buttons, Hen Party Veils and any extra embellishments

How To Play Toilet Paper Couture

Follow these 10 easy steps to play toilet paper couture at your hen party.

Split your hen party into different teams of about four or five people.

Nominate one of your team members to be the bride.

The bride sits this game out as she will decide which team has won!

Give each team a kit with about four toilet rolls each, a roll of sellotape, a hen party veil and any added extra embellishments that you want to give out.

The Bride To Be sets the timer for five minutes or less.  The less time you give them, the more hectic the game, the more hilarious the results.

Each team has four or five minutes to create the best wedding dress they can out of toilet roll and any added extras you have provided them with.

When the time is up, each team has an opportunity to explain to the Bride To Be the inspiration behind their design and why they should win.

The Bride To Be then judges each wedding dress and gives it a score out of ten. 

The winning team receives a prize. We like the idea of giving the winning team a hen party survival kit for the weekend.

The losing team receives a forfeit!

Top Tips For Playing Toilet Paper Couture

• Make sure you have more toilet roll than you think you will need.
• Have a fun hen party playlist playing in the background.
• Give out funny prizes and forfeits at the end of the game
• Make sure you mix up the teams so that people that do not know each other are together. This a great way to break the ice!
