It’s the perfect location for a rural getaway, whilst being conveniently located to Bournemouth for a night out.

Useful Information

Numbers: Tribe will accommodate groups of up to 15 hens and Tropic will accommodate groups of up to 20.
Check in and check out: Check in from 2pm on the day of your arrival. Check out is 12pm when you leave.
Food and drink: Use one of the recommended suppliers to come on to site to cook for you, or source your own. There is a kitchen ‘hut’ located in each camp. Each hut houses a full size under counter fridge and separate freezer, plenty of worktop and preparation space, as well as shelving, and boxes containing everything you could need, from cocktail drinks dispensers too marshmallow toasting forks.
Payment: 25% of your camp hire and camping fees are due at booking. The balance is due 28 days before your date.
Damage waivers: Although rare, sometimes the tents or their contents are damaged during your stay. For Tribe, your damage deposit would be £400. For Tropic, your damage deposit would be £600. Damage deposits are returned by direct bank transfer within 48 hours of your departure.

Choose your camp: There are 2 hen party areas: Tribe and Tropic. Each area is set in a 1 acre paddock for your hen party, with car parking for your group conveniently close to your tents. There are no other campers on site.
Location: Located at Hillside Campsite. On the outskirts of the beautiful New Forest, hen camp is also only a 30 minute drive from Bournemouth, making it a firm favourite for a night out for dinner and drinks. Hen camp is not suitable for wild parties, and Beautiful Bells can recommend other locations for private field hire and offer their mobile service if this is the sort of weekend you’re looking for.
Showers and toilets: There are showers and toilets ons site, shared between both camps.
The kitchen huts contain all your cutlery and plates, glasses and much more. Fridge and freezer, electric kettles, toasters, camping stoves as well as large BBQs.
Outside you’ll find chunky picnic benches, festoon lighting and outdoor bean bags as well as a fire pit area.

Tribe camp accommodates up to 15 hens
Price: £1500 for up to 15 people plus an additional £25 per head, per night campsite fees. Mother of the bride camps for free. This is a separate cost depending on the amount of hens attending.
Camp includes: 4 x cream 5 metre bell tents for sleeping. Sleeping tents come with full coir carpet, camp beds with memory form toppers, all your bed linen and duvets, table, rugs, cushions, plenty of lighting and bespoke bunting. 6m chill out bell, complete with sofas, baskets of blankets, hot water bottles, plants, mains powered lighting and plug points, and rugs and lots of cushions.

Tropic camp accommodates up to 20 hens

Price: £2100 for up to 20 people plus an additional £25 per head, per night campsite fees. Mother of the bride camps for free. This is a separate cost as it is based on the amount of hens attending.
Camp includes 5 x cream 5 metre bell tents for sleeping. Sleeping tents come with full coir carpet, camp beds with memory form toppers, all your bed linen and duvets, table, rugs and cushions. 7m chill out bell, complete with sofas, baskets of blankets, hot water bottles, plants, mains powered lighting and plug points, and rugs and lots of cushions.

Beautiful Bells – Mobile Hen Party Hire

Beautiful bells also offer mobile hen party bell tent hire across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey. As a fully mobile service Beautiful Bells can set tup in other campsites, privately hired land, or back gardens.

Hen Party Activities

Hen camp is located just 10-15 minutes from the New Forest Water Park, where you can paddle board, wake board or take on their aqua assault course. Think Total Wipeout – on water! Other activities involve flower crown workshops, dance classes and more.
