About West Down Farm – Hen Party House In Devon

Location: West Down Farm offers easy access to the Exmoor National Park, as well as the north Devon coast. Barnstaple is just a 20 minute drive and the small market town of South Molton is only 2 miles away.
Numbers: Accommodates 8 to 18 guests.
Accommodation: There are 8 bedrooms in the cottage.
Amenities: There is a hot tub, sauna, garden, WiFi, open fire and sky TV. There is also off road parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine. If needed, there is a cot available.
Catering: The cottage has a fully equipped modern kitchen but catering can also be arranged. Catering options include canapes and Prosecco on arrival, afternoon tea and a 3 course meal.
On Site Activities: West Down Farm House can organise on site spa and pamper treatments, yoga class, photo shoot, murder mystery evening and gin, wine tasting or cocktail making.
