About – Hen Party Accommodation in Suffolk
- Prices: Use the contact form at the bottom of this page for a bespoke quote today. Your quote is individual for each hen party group – depending on the type of occasion, group size and season. As a guide, weekends range from £1,250 in January up to £2,300 later in the year. Midweek is cheaper.
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings. Refundable damages deposit of £500.
- Numbers: Old Brooder sleeps 22 maximum – they will also quote for smaller groups.
- Accommodation: Five bedrooms have a mix of hand-crafted oak bunk beds and conventional beds. The fifth bedroom is found in the Shepherd’s Hut outside the back door. There are four bathrooms.
- Location: In rural Suffolk – just over 10 minutes by taxi from Sudbury Station with an hour’s train-ride from London Liverpool Street.
- Duration: Two night minimum. They very occasionally accept one night stays in winter and midweek. Check-in from 4pm and check-out is midday.
- What’s Included: Made up beds, heating in winter, kitchen basics and fresh seasonal herbs and excess vegetables from the veg patch; BBQ & garden games; use of 22 road bikes – and tennis court by arrangement.
