- About Emma: Emma Rees is a friendly, reliable and professional yoga teacher. She is able to design a fun yoga session for your hen party. Her teaching style is encouraging and easy-going. And her experience teaching around 150 yogis each week in her popular yoga classes makes her comfortable working with groups and making yoga enjoyable. Emma hosts bespoke yoga classes, workshops and private sessions.
- Venues: Emma can deliver sessions at your chosen venue or hen party accommodation. These include a private house, a converted barn or even a camping or glamping site. Please ensure that a room or area of a suitable size will be available. And please also ensure necessary permission has been sought to use the space. For events local to Sherborne, Dorset, Yoga with Emma can also assist with securing a suitable venue for the yoga class, subject to availability.
Useful Information
- Price: Prices start from £120 (plus travel expenses) for a standard yoga class for 10 people.
- Deposit: You must also pay a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking. The remainder is due on the day of the event. Outdoor sessions are possible, depending on the weather, but may incur additional costs to cover cleaning of equipment.
- Hen Party Yoga Session For All Abilities: Yoga with Emma will design and deliver a suitable yoga class for your group, be it a relaxing session, a more energising class or something in between. Emma’s classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
- Personalise Your Hen Party: Choose your own music, request snacks or gift bags for your hens.
- Equipment and Health and Safety: Emma will provide all yoga mats and yoga props, such as eye pillows, foam blocks and blankets. Yoga with Emma is also licensed to play music during classes and will make these arrangements. All participants will need to complete a simple health and safety form. As with any exercise, safety is paramount and injuries or health conditions should be discussed in advance.
- Duration: Classes last between 1 hour and 3 hours. The longer sessions are for more challenging workshop for keen yogis. You will also need to allow necessary time to set up. Emma will also need to access the venue at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your session.
