- Prices: £65 per person or groups of 3 to 5. £250 for groups of 6 or more.

Choosing from a gentle strength vinyasa and flowing hatha style of yoga or a slow, relaxing yin yoga class. Claire’s yoga class is always heart-led and uplifting – she tunes into your energies and then gently leads you all into a beautiful guided meditation.
- Herbal Teas: Relax, unwind and sip on herbal teas as Claire welcomes you to choose a notecard and write a little something to the bride as a keepsake. (Notecards and herbal teas are included in the package price).
- Massage: Smaller groups can enjoy a hands-on therapy with Claire. Larger hen party groups will be guided on self massage techniques using Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic Skincare products.
- Online Videos: You have the option to upgrade and further enjoy some relaxation with online access to my Moments of Calm videos for an at-home spa experience using products in your Neal’s Yard goodie bags.
