Hen Parties In Bournemouth – Yoga, Pilates & More!
- Workshops: Choose from Pilates, Barre, Dance Fit or Yoga to create a workout that makes you glow from within.
- Your Host: Jess will deliver your bespoke class to you and your hen party group giving you a boost of endorphins. The perfect way to set you up for an incredible day ahead! Also, Jess will deliver the class exclusively for your group.
- Locations: Jess can either travel to you if you are within Poole or Bournemouth. Alternatively sessions can be facilitated at a private studio.
Useful Information
- Price: Starting from £15 per person based on a minimum of 8. Payment is non refundable and must be made in full upon booking.
- Numbers: There is a minimum of 8 people for hen party bookings and a maximum of 20 people.
- Materials: Jess can provide all of the mats and pilates equipment e.g. bands and balls, ballet barres as well as music. In summary, Jess will provide anything that is required for your chosen session. All mats, props and materials will be provided.
- Bridal Goody Bag: The bride will also receive a wellness goody bag.
- Venues: Class can be held at your address or at a local studio
- Duration: 1 hour

- What’s Included: Jess will come to you with mats and equipment needed for your very own signature group session.
Wellbeing Studio
- Cost: £18 per person
- Duration: 1 hour
- What’s Included: Your group will come to me at a local studio (choices of location to be discussed depending on dates and availability) – all mats and equipment will be provided.
