HEN PARTY COCKTAILS: Mojito Cocktail Recipe

No stylish hen party is complete without a delicious cocktail (or 5!). HenBox has teamed up with the experts at Social and Cocktail to bring you a series of blog post on cocktail recipes Now you can make your favourite cocktail from the cocktail of your own home.

Let’s get started with my favourite hen do cocktail, the Mojito!

Mojito Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 50 ml White Rum
• 8 Mint Leaves
• 12.5 ml Sugar Syrup
• 25 ml Lime Juice
• Crushed ice
• Soda water
• 2 Mint sprigs

 RECIPE

• Take a highball glass and add the 50ml of White Rum
• Add 8 to 10 mint leaves, sugar syrup and lime juice to the glass
• Muddle all the ingredients together
• Add the crushed ice and a splash of soda water
• Mix all the ingredients together
• Slap two mint sprigs (to release the flavour) and add into the drink
• Add a small splash of soda
• Don’t forget to add a pretty straw to top things off!
