• Location: Located in the pretty village of Petty France in the Cotswolds. Drive around 25 minute to reach Bath or Bristol.
• Numbers: There are six beautiful bedrooms in the house.  In total the house can sleep up to 24 guests.  There are additional pull-out beds / sofa bed in the lounge available to use for up to 30 guests.
• Hot Tub & Grounds:  Surrounding the country house is a beautiful garden with hot tub and outdoor seating area.
• What They Supply: High quality towels and linen are provided. The house has a contemporary kitchen with all the mod cons including four ovens, a wine cooler as well as American-style fridges.  There is cutlery, utensils, crockery and also glassware to service up to 30 guests.
• Amenities: The house has Wi-Fi (950mb connection Ultra Fast Full Fibre), Amazon echo bluetooth sound system and a 65” HD Smart TV.
• Useful Info: There is parking for ten cars and more spaces nearby.
• The History: Built in 1800, many of its features are still intact.  The architecture was in fact created by Prime Minister Robert Jenkinson.  Previously owned by the Duke of Beaufort and the Wordsworth family, many parties have been enjoyed at The Cotswold Manor House in days gone by.
