About Your Teacher: Pscyhed Paddleboarding is run by Sian Sykes who is a fully qualified paddleboarding instructor. She is extremely passionate about paddling. It is her mission offer you a truly memorable hen party adventure.
Locations: Sian tries to host your paddleboarding hen party on Anglesey if the weather conditions are suitable. However if the weather is bad, they head over to Snowdonia to enjoy a sheltered spot. Sian will confirm the location of your lesson the day before your hen party.
Food & Drink: After your paddleboarding lesson, enjoy herbal teas, delicious cakes and biscuits as well as a bottle of bubbly . Sian can also provide you with a BBQ or picnic if desired.
What’s Included: All the equipment you need including a paddle board, paddle and leash. She will also give you a rash vest, wetsuit as well as a jacket. Sian will also give you a changing robe to help make getting changed easier.
What To Bring: Make sure you bring a 1 litre water bottle and personal medication(s). Please also bring a change of warm clothes and spare underwear. Bring swimwear or shorts and a fleece or jumper to wear on the water. Bring footwear for before and after paddle boarding as well as old trainers or appropriate water sport shoes.
Accommodation: Sian can recommend local accommodation if required.

Intro To Paddleboarding: 2 Hours. Join Psyched Paddleboarding for a 2 hour session! Create lasting memories at a stunning location, either at a lake in Snowdonia or along the wonderful rugged coastline of Anglesey.
The Mini Paddleboarding Safari Package: 4 Hours. Join Psyched Paddleboarding on a mini paddleboarding adventure! This is a guided mini safari. The half day will be spent journeying to a stunning location. You can also include a picnic to make it truly special for the bride to be.
The Night Paddleboarding Package: 2 hours – Be guided by a magical moonlight and starry sky for your SUP adventure in Snowdonia. Experience being close to the water with your senses heightened to hear the wildlife. Snowdonia has been awarded Dark Skies Reserve due to the outstanding quality of the night air. It’s 1 of only 11 dark sky reserves in the whole world. They provide hot chocolate as well as dunking biscuits – a perfect treat for a mini night adventure.
The Paddleboarding Adventure Package: 4 Hours. Join Psyched Paddleboarding on an exhilarating and adrenaline-pumping experience in North Wales. Explore the spectacular coastline of Anglesey via SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) and coasteering. Feel invigorated, leaping off rocks into the ocean. There are offshore inlets to swim to and hidden coves to discover. This is a little bit different and very active.
