Cat Duval, founder of Nine Lives Yoga, has 15 years experience teaching yoga.  Cat has worked hard to evolve her practice to design inspirational yoga hen parties!

  • Venues: They host their hen parties at a location to suit your needs – whether that’s in a city centre studio, your hen accommodation or another venue all together.  They will also plan everything for you.  Their teachers will travel to you and take care of all the details – from booking the studio to setting everything up.  They bring all the equipment – including mats and music.  You just need to turn up ready to stretch, flex and laugh!

The Yoga Hen Party Package

From £30 Per Person (Minimum Numbers: 10 Hens)

Sessions Last 90 Minutes - 3 hours

Our most popular package, your hen party will start with a glitter ceremony!  You will then start your yoga session with fun partner yoga flows and group stretches.  Your session will end with a thai massage circle and relaxing savasana to close.  If you are new to yoga, no problem!  They can discuss your session with you and you can select the elements you want to include.

The Acroyoga Hen Party Package

From £30 Per Person (Minimum Numbers: 10 Hens)

Sessions Last 90 Minutes - 3 hours

What is Acroyoga exactly? It combines yoga, partner acrobatics and thai yoga massage.  The perfect activity if you’re feeling adventurous.  Fun for all ages and abilities – a reasonable level of fitness is an advantage but no experience is necessary.  You will be able to take some fab pics to show off at the wedding! This is sure to create a team vibe and add the element of surprise to your yoga hen party.

The Deluxe Yoga Rave Package

From £50 Per Person (Minimum Numbers: 20 Hens)

Sessions Last 2 - 4 Hours

The Deluxe Yoga Rave Package is perfect if you want to book something extra special.  Great for music lovers, your private yoga rave combines yoga and partying and closes with a deep meditation.  They set the scene with a DJ, UV lighting, decor and music – including your favourite tunes. They provide face paint and performance. TheyWe go as big as you want it.
